For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, ‘Member’ refers to any individual with active or past access to PMUni.
PMUni is a subscription-based service. Upon signing up, you will immediately receive an email with your login credentials. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to receive your login details, WhatsApp group invite, and updates regarding the membership.
The price you sign up with is locked in as your rate. If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin, you will need to pay the current rate.
Recurring payments will be taken on the same date as your signup, based on your selected plan (monthly and anually). Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to avoid disruptions to your access when payments are due. If a payment fails, it will be retried after approximately 3 days. You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation is immediate, and access to the membership and WhatsApp group will be revoked automatically. No refunds will be issued.
Your login credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others. Sharing your login details violates our terms and conditions. If we detect unauthorised sharing, your access to the membership, resources, and groups will be revoked immediately without refund.
Copyright and Plagiarism Policy
All content, materials, and resources provided within this membership, group, or program are the intellectual property of PMUni Ltd. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or reproduction of any materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Any instance of plagiarism, unauthorised use, or distribution of our content will result in immediate removal from memberships, groups, or programs without refund. We reserve the right to take further legal action where necessary.
By participating in our community, you agree to respect copyright laws and our intellectual property rights to maintain the integrity of our content.
Respectful Conduct Policy
We are committed to fostering a positive, professional, and respectful environment within our community. Any behavior that includes, but is not limited to, rude attitudes, bullying, harassment, or bad-mouthing others will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate removal from memberships, groups, or programs at our discretion, without any refund of fees paid.
By joining our community, you agree to maintain a respectful and supportive demeanour toward all members, staff, and affiliates. This policy ensures a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
Non-Solicitation & Member Protection Policy
PMUni is a private, paid professional community. Members must not directly or indirectly: Solicit, Recruit, Encourage, Invite other PMUni members to external groups, courses, mentorships, memberships, or communities that are not officially affiliated with PMUni.
This includes, but is not limited to: Private messages, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, or any other platform. Any direct or indirect attempt to move PMUni members away from the PMUni platform for competing or personal commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Use of Member Information
Any contact details visible or obtained through PMUni, including WhatsApp numbers, are provided solely for community participation. Members must not use another member’s contact information during or after their membership for: Marketing, Recruitment, Promotion, Personal commercial gain. Members acknowledge that visibility of contact details within PMUni does not grant permission for external contact or marketing. Unauthorised use of member information will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Breach of Terms
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in: Immediate removal from PMUni, Termination of access to all content, groups, and platforms. No refund of any fees paid. PMUni Ltd’s decision regarding breaches of these Terms & Conditions is final. Formal cease and desist action where appropriate.
PMUni Ltd reserves the right to take further action if a breach results in financial or repetitional harm.
