Terms and Conditions of Membership Subscription

By enrolling in our online membership subscription, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscription Billing

• Membership subscriptions are billed automatically based on the chosen plan:
  • Monthly: Every 30 days.
  • Quarterly: Every 3 months.
  • Bi-Annually: Every 6 months.
• The billing date corresponds to the date of your initial sign-up. For example, if you sign up on the 10th, future billing will occur on the 10th of the respective billing cycle.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance for access to membership content and services.
• If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other reason:
  • Your membership access will be temporarily paused until the payment is successfully processed.
  • You will be notified and given 7 days to resolve the payment issue. After this period, your membership may be terminated if the issue is unresolved.

3. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Cancellation Terms:
  • Access to membership content and services will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
• It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, including payments for unused time in the membership period.
• Exceptions may be made in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges. Please contact us if you believe you have been charged in error.

6. Membership Access

• Access to membership content is granted exclusively to the account holder. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• If your subscription lapses or is canceled, access to all content, features, and benefits of the membership will be revoked immediately.

7. Changes to Terms and Pricing

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions or adjust membership pricing at any time. You will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

8. Responsibility of the Subscriber

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid disruptions in membership.
• You agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions as part of your membership.
